StormTeam Simulations is a highly specialized, globally unique career path. It is different than a typical 9-to-5 job within a conventional private sector or government role. When we are seeking new talent, we look for individuals who want to operate at the elite level in immersive simulation, leadership development, and high-stakes training environments. If you are primarily seeking a steady paycheck or a standard work schedule, this is not the right opportunity for you.

• Current or former Space EdVenturians in good standing who hold at least a bachelor’s degree (3.75 GPA or higher) and are serious about advancing to the highest levels of performance.
• Honorably discharged U.S. military veterans, preferably those with active or recent TS/SCI-level clearance and a demonstrated ability to perform at the StormTeam Standard.
We strongly value word-of-mouth referrals and letters of recommendation from trusted sources within the Space EdVentures community and prior professional environments. Exceptional candidates may be considered for direct-to-hire status after professional evaluation.

StormTeam Leadership assesses interview/screening performance against minimum standards. Earning your StormTeam wings — especially as a Flight Director — is like a U.S. Navy SEAL candidate earning his Trident. Those who pass are notified within 48 business hours and invited to complete new-hire onboarding with their supervisor(s). Candidates not selected may re-apply after 12 consecutive months.
While we do respect professional experience and relevant education, you need to know that StormTeam is far beyond résumés and cover letters. We are looking for those who can demonstrate being the elite few who can Bring The Storm.
